Norwich boss Smith admits Kabak injury setback

Norwich City boss Dean Smith has confirmed an injury setback for Ozan Kabak.

Kabak was forced off in Turkey's friendly against Italy this week.

"Kabak suffered a hamstring injury against Italy, and it appears that he is out for a longer period. Joshua Sargent twisted his ankle earlier in the week, we are assessing the status of him later today," Smith said.

However, the injuries to Sargent and Kabak are not the only headaches for Smith.

"Max Aarons and Brandon Williams were both injured against Leeds. Brandon is back on the training ground, but this weekend's match may be a little too early for him. Max has been ill the last few days and the Brighton match is also too early for him."
