Watford face losing Will Hughes despite their Premier League promotion.

The Sun says Newcastle are looking to add Hughes from Premier League new boys Watford.

The Magpies may be unable to bring Joe Willock back to the north east and are having to explore other options.

Watford are willing to sell for around £12 million but may ask for Newcastle midfielder Isaac Hayden in exchange.

Hughes has resisted Hornets' efforts to secure him to a new contract.
