Bayer Leverkusen face a battle to keep hold of Moussa Diaby.
The France winger is a target for Arsenal, though they won't get a clear run at him.
Newcastle and PSG are also keen.
BILD's Christian Falk told The Sun: "There are three clubs with concrete interest in Bayer Leverkusen's Moussa Diaby as things stand; one is Arsenal, one is PSG, and the third is Newcastle.
“Newcastle have been interested for a long time and now they're gearing up to have another go at signing him. We heard they're preparing an offer of about £52m."
