Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe is making Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay a priority summer target.
The Magpies began chasing a deal for the 26-year-old in January, but no agreement could be struck.
However, Howe is still eager to tempt the Scotland international to St James' Park this summer.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting McTominay is still a priority target.
And McTominay is understood to be open to a move away in order to get more game time.
