New Man Utd director Ratcliffe in Potter contact as Ten Hag decision made

New Manchester United director Sir Jim Ratcliffe has put Graham Potter on notice.

That's according to ESPN, which are claiming while Ratcliffe is prepared to give Erik ten Hag to the end of the season to turn results around, he is prepared to act if things don't change.

Former Chelsea and Brighton manager Potter, who is still without a new coaching assignment, has been contacted by INEOS.

They have, informally, asked about the Englishman's future plans. Potter was sacked by Chelsea last April.

INEOS wanted Potter to coach French OGC Nice, which it owns, last summer, but he declined.

United is also said to have received many calls from various agents - who have pushed for their clients regarding the Ten Hag's position.

The Dutchman's deal runs to 2025.
