New Leicester City boss Enzo Maresca is targeting Chelsea midfielder Cesare Casadei.

The youngster has just come off a record-breaking U20 World Cup campaign as Italy U20 captain.

Casadei spent the second-half of last season on-loan with Reading, having arrived in the summer from Inter Milan.

Maresca is eager to take Casadei on-loan as they prepare for a Championship campaign.

The new Foxes manager could pair Casadei with Harry Winks, who is arriving from Tottenham, in a new-look midfield.
