Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic believes that manager Jose Mourinho will win many more titles with the Blues in years to come.

Chelsea wrapped up their third Premier League title under the Portuguese manager on Sunday and Serbian international Ivanovic is expecting more history to be made by the 'Special One'.

"He is a person who deserves all his titles," Ivanovic said.

"He changed a lot of things in this side, he changed our heads and did everything so quickly and after a couple of months we started to be a new team, we had great character.

"I hope he will give this club a lot more trophies.

"I think everyone can see he is so happy here and he would like to do things for this club, these supporters and for his team.

"If he wants to make more history he will do it for sure."
