Nacho Monreal admits he was surprised Real Madrid sold Mesut Ozil to his Arsenal in August. Ozil has been a revelation for Arsenal this season.

"Speaking for myself, yes. Mesut is a star and Real Madrid is full of stars. I didn't think Real would let him go, but we're chuffed to have him," Monreal told Marca.
