Monaco whiz Khephren Thuram tracked by Chelsea and Liverpool

AS Monaco whiz Khephren Thuram is being tracked by Chelsea and Liverpool.

Khephren is the son of France World Cup winner Lilian Thuram.

Thuram, 17, has not signed professional terms at Monaco despite being one of the most-prized players from their academy.

That could open the door for a move to the Premier League for the midfielder, who has also been watched by Juventus, says the Daily Mail.

Thuram Snr has resisted Monaco's contract offers because he was keen to see how his son developed and choose the right direction for him.

And now English clubs could take advantage of that stance and the upheaval at Monaco which has saw manager Thierry Henry and former Chelsea director of football Michael Emenalo leave last month.
