Miralem Pjanic says he's proud to be a Juventus player.
The midfielder admits he could've joined Juve earlier than he did in 2016.
“I could have moved to Juventus two years earlier," Pjanic told Sonny Anderson on Instagram. “I thought that I would be among the best of the time. There were [Andrea] Pirlo, [Paul] Pogba, [Arturo] Vidal, and the other exceptional players.
“They worked wonderfully. Going directly into that context would have been complicated for me. It was better for me to stay in Rome with Rudi Garcia.
“We were a good team, strong, but not like Juventus. They had a great environment. Then I said to myself that the time had come to enter the world of Juve.
“When you enter the dressing room and see the names of the legends, you can tell that the club has a great history," he said. “There's the DNA of victory in everything. This club represents perfection, it's winning because it works harder than the others."
