Ex-Premier League and Egypt star Mido has mocked Mohamed Salah this week.

Salah is working on reaching full fitness before the African Cup of Nations latter stages.

He sustained a hamstring injury in a group stage game against Ghana and is back at Liverpool for rehabilitation.

A photo on social media showed Salah doing stretches at Liverpool's training base.

Mido said on Twitter: "Oh, these exercises are so dirty and rigid, it is difficult to do them except in Liverpool."

Many Egyptian fans and pundits are unhappy at Salah departing the tournament for rehab.

They felt that he could get treatment for his injury within the national team camp.
