Merih Demiral is excited about his move to Juventus.

The defender arrives from Sassuolo.

“I want to learn a lot from their experience. I'm especially grateful to Emre Can, who has become a reference point for me, both on and off the field.

“Bring here is an honour for me, I'll try to be a role model for my compatriots. My experience in Reggio Emilia helped me pay my dues in Serie A.

“This is the best country to learn to defend. Maurizio Sarri is directly involved in defensive training and that's an advantage for us.

“Coming here is a dream come true. I want to show that, in the end, hard work pays and takes you far.
