Jeremy Menez says AC Milan players are behind coach Pippo Inzaghi.
The Rossoneri have taken just one point from their opening four Serie A games in 2015.
"The players are always with Inzaghi," Menez said.
"I'm not saying this just for the sake of saying it, but everyone thinks the same.
"This Milan are lacking a bit of malice, because at Torino we were winning 1-0 and in Rome [against Lazio on Saturday] too.
"We seem to be too nice, we need to have more nastiness, because the top teams have that. Now it's up to us.
"We're fine in the dressing room. It's true that tomorrow's match is very important, for us, for the Coach and for the fans, but we shouldn't put more pressure on ourselves."
