McTominay admits Man Utd players angry with PSG hysterics

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay admits his team was upset at some of the theatrics from their Paris Saint-Germain counterparts.

The Red Devils were defeated 3-1 at Old Trafford in the group stages of the Champions League on Wednesday night.

The result puts three teams on nine points in the group, with any two of United, PSG or RB Leipzig still able to qualify.

United must draw or win their final game away to RB Leipzig to progress to the knockout rounds.

"The reaction of their players is [shakes head]... I've got nothing to say about that, you get in trouble if you start speaking about that and the referee," said McTominay to MUTV post-game.

"It's a tough pill to swallow when you see how the game pans out, it was a sloppy goal to concede [to Neymar early on] then the way we played after that was brilliant, the way we approached the game was total focus.

"I've not got a lot to comment on the referee and their players, but that's football, you're going to get when you're playing in Europe."
