Maxwell insists Manchester City striker Erling Haaland can be happy with his performance at Real Madrid.
Haaland didn't get on the scoresheet as City drew 1-1 at Real in the first-leg of their Champions League semifinal.
Maxwell is part of Haaland's management team and says he'll learn from the performance: "More and more is expected from him.
"The important thing is that he works with such intensity, he's spectacular in taking advantage of every opportunity. He had two or three half chances but it was difficult to create something. City didn't create a lot."
Maxwell added, "I was lucky enough to be coached by Guardiola and Ancelotti. Different games, different management, it was a pleasure."
