AS Roma veteran Nemanja Matic admits they were delighted after their Europa League win against Feyenoord.

Roma won 4-1 in the second-leg of their quarterfinal after extra-time to reach the final four.

Matic said, "A great battle, against a team that plays very well and always knows what they want on the pitch. I think we played a great game and gave 100%, deserving to play the semi-final and we are very happy.

"The team is growing a lot day after day.

"We're in the Champions League zone, we have to play for the semi-final of the Europa League... Let's see how this season ends."
