Anthony Martial says he feels no added pressure at Manchester United due to the nature of his enormous price tag.
The Red Devils signed the French striker from Monaco in the summer for an initial fee of £36million which will rise to £58m after bonuses and add-ons.
Arriving at Old Trafford as a teenager with such a massive value is enough to make any player shy away from his obligations but Martial, now 20, has impressed with 15 goals in his debut campaign in England and says he is not feeling the weight of being one of the most expensive youngsters in world football.
"I never feel any extra pressure at all," he told MUTV after picking up the club's Goal of the Year award for his debut strike against Liverpool in September.
"The only pressure I feel is the pressure I put on myself to do well and to work hard throughout the season to help the team. That's what drives me on.
"I think in that respect it [the price tag] has not affected me."
