Olympique Marseille's board are split over the future of sports director Andoni Zubizarreta.

The Basque comes off contract in June and been linked with a move to Arsenal.

However, Le 10 Sport says Zubi could yet be persuaded to stay with some directors keen to hold onto him.

There is a plan to offer him control of the youth system, design programmes for training and post training - and hand him the opportunity to put in place plans he wanted to upon his arrival.

Earlier this week, it emerged Zubi had told family members he expected to move to London this summer.
