Manchester United defender Harry Maguire is to be handed a huge pay-off to leave the club.

The Red Devils are eager to conclude the sale of Maguire to West Ham United this week.

Per The Sun, United are even willing to give Maguire a £6 million pay-off to compensate for his lower salary if he joins the Hammers.

For his part, Maguire is eager to make the move, so long as the finances are reasonable.

West Ham are set to conclude a deal worth around £30 million to secure Maguire's signature.

The defender has been a key target for manager David Moyes all summer.
