Man Utd teammates urge Sancho to apologise: You crossed the line

Manchester United teammates have urged Jadon Sancho to apologise to manager Erik ten Hag.

Sancho has been banished from senior training and barred from using the club's first team facilities after criticising manager Erik ten Hag online.

Ten Hag has stated Sancho will be allowed to rejoin training once he apologises.

The Mirror says the likes of Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw and former captain Harry Maguire have attempted to step-in to try and resolve the issue.

A source said: “Jadon's team-mates have been telling him to back down and say sorry to the boss.

“They want him to apologise. They sympathise with him and the way he feels, but recognise a line was crossed with what he posted."
