Man Utd target Mathias Normann happy with Rostov stay

Rostov midfielder Mathias Normann is happy with life in Russia.

The Norway international is a former Brighton player and is today being linked with Manchester United.

Just 23, Normann insists the lifestyle in Russia suits him: "In many ways I am a bit special and enjoy myself alone. I feel it's just a strength.

"I get a lot of attention in Russia where I play. And it is great to get attention in this country. But it doesn't affect me in any way. At least it's not something I'm sorry for."

On his time with Brighton, Normann adds: "The physical side is on the same level. But things go a little faster in training in England. The tempo is higher. But Russia has an incredibly good league."
