Moura was heavily linked with United over the summer but the attacking midfielder quashed the Red Devils' hopes of signing him by putting pen to paper on a new deal with PSG which runs until 2019.
Now, the 23-year old has gone on to reveal why he rejected the advances of United over the summer with the Brazilian international telling France Football: "I love being in Paris. I want to make history.
"I feel that I can win the Champions League with PSG. But it is not only the club, but also life in Paris which is fantastic. That's why I want to stay here long.
"At first, my family and I missed our friends. The Brazilians are very close to their families, even in difficult times. We are always happy to be together.
"Now everything is better because I live with my mother, my stepfather, my girlfriend. I can not complain about anything. I live in the most beautiful city in the world.
"Moreover, I am doing something that I love: playing football."
