Manchester United are submitting a £25 million bid for Cody Gakpo.

The Dutch winger is a key target for manager Erik ten Hag before the transfer window closes.

However, they do not want to overpay for the youngster, who is now 23, as they believe his value has dropped after PSV exited the Champions League at the final playoff stage.

United are also chasing Ajax winger Antony, who is desperate to make the move.

For his part, Gakpo also wants to sign for United, but the Red Devils and PSV may be far apart in their valuations of the player.

PSV had wanted a fee closer to £42 million pounds, which is far beyond what United are prepared to pay for the attacker.
