The agent of Gareth Bale has sensationally opened the door to a move away from Real Madrid.

Usually so insistent on Bale's happiness and commitment to Madrid, Jonathan Barnett could not rule out a departure ahead of the January market when speaking with Tuttosport.

As the likes of Manchester United, PSG and former club Tottenham watch on, Barnett stated: "Currently, Gareth is very happy at Real Madrid, but if we talk about his future, we all know that in the transfer window everything is possible.

"If he would like to move to Serie A? Since the arrival of CR7 this summer, foreign champions are reconsidering Serie A and are looking at it in a different way than in recent years."
