The wing-back spent last season on-loan with Preston and United are seeking €7m to sell this month, says Relevo.
Las Palmas and Eintracht Frankfurt are interested in the former Real Madrid junior.
Granada and Segunda Division Espanyol are also preparing offers for Fernandez.
The 20 year-old has less than a year to run on his current deal.
