Manchester United are haggling with PSV Eindhoven over a price for Cody Gakpo.
The Holland international is keen after seeing a move to United fall through over the summer.
United are now making a new move for Gakpo, says the Daily Mail, though PSV's asking price is proving too steep.
United rate Gakpo at £40m, while PSV are demanding £50m to sell the winger next month.
PSV are demanding the valuation given Gakpo's World Cup form with Holland.
