Man Utd plan two friendlies with West Brom

Manchester United and West Bromwich Albion are set to play two friendlies on Friday.

The Premier League and Championship sides are preparing for the resumption of their respective leagues.

United had a friendly against Stoke City cancelled at the last minute due to an opposition COVID-19 positive test scare.

Now they are arranging two games with the Baggies, in the hopes that nearly everyone in both squads can get a runout.

The likes of Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford are in need of game time as they step up their recoveries from injury.

Rashford had a back problem, while Pogba has been out for most of the season with an ankle injury.
