The Roma midfielder has attracted a number of suitors following an exceptional 2017/18 campaign.

And with Jose Mourinho set to be equipped with an £100m war chest in the upcoming window, CalcioMercato claim United are ready to pounce.

Roma are desperately attempting to sign Pellegrini to a new contract.

The Italy international currently has a £26m release clause that has alerted the likes of United and Chelsea.
