Nemanja Matic has been ruled out of Serbia's upcoming fixtures against Germany and Portugal.
The Manchester United midfielder was selected as his country's vice-captain for the double-header.
However, he has been withdrawn after coming off during the closing stages of United's loss to Wolves in the FA Cup last Saturday.
