Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes admits the players appreciate manager Erik ten Hag's hardline stance.
Fernandes says Cristiano Ronaldo's departure only reaffirmed Ten Hag's approach to the dressing room.
He explained on NBC: "The main thing for us, with the difficult moments of changing coaches, was that we now found a coach who gave us stability and a lot of discipline, which we lacked.
"Now everyone knows what they have to do and realised that if they don't do it, they're out."
Fernandes was speaking after this week's win against Nottingham Forest.
