Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen admits he's no fan of their preseason touring.

The Dane was speaking after defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the US.

Eriksen said: "It has been a good preseason. There's been a lot of fighting and there's been too much traveling to be honest.

"It's been great to see all the fans, and it's great to give something back to us when they follow us all season.

"We played a strong match, if you ignore the result. We lost and it's a big disappointment, but we played well in the first 43 minutes of the first half and in the second half.

"I am very much looking forward to the coming season. That is why we have a preseason, so we can be ready for the real matches."
