Man Utd manager Solskjaer confirms Pogba back in action next week

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Paul Pogba will be ready for action by next week.

The World Cup winner has been linked with an exit from Old Trafford, with Juventus and Real Madrid reportedly keen on his services.

Conspiracy theories abound over Pogba's ankle injury, which has seen him play six Premier League games this season, and none since December.

But Pogba will get a chance to win back the trust of United supporters before the end of the season.

"Paul is getting closer but today he wasn't with the team," Solskjaer said ahead of Thursday's Europa League clash with LASK.

"He's not trained fully with the team yet but by next week he'll be ready."

The Round of 16 tie will be played behind closed doors in Austria.
