Manchester United have recalled striker Charlie McNeill from a Stevenage loan this week.

The forward did not play as much as United would have wanted after he moved to the League One club.

The 20-year-old only managed three total games, even as Stevenage push for a playoff spot.

Per the Manchester Evening News, McNeill will remain at United until the end of the term.

He will likely slot back into the club's Premier League 2 side, where he excelled in the past.

Given this hiccup in his development, McNeil will be hoping for a more productive loan move in the summer.
