Manchester United have made contact with Barcelona for Memphis Depay.

United have made an official bid for Memphis Depay, it has been stated.

The Red Devils are believed to be interested in re-signing the Barcelona striker, claims journalist Adrian Sanchez.

Depay, 28, scored seven goals and made six assists in 53 appearances with the Premier League giants, until he was sold to Lyon - where he rebuilt his career.

He is out of contract in the summer.
