Man Utd loanee Williams: Solskjaer made my dreams come true

Norwich City's on loan Manchester United defender Brandon Williams took the time to thank Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Norwegian coach was dismissed by United on Sunday after a horror 4-1 loss to Watford in the Premier League on Saturday.

As United search for a new coach, loanee Williams paid tribute to the manager who gave him a top flight debut.

He posted to his 1.1m followers on Instagram: "Thank you for giving me the opportunity to play for the biggest club in the world on the biggest stage, I will be forever grateful for that and everything you taught me. You made a boy's dream come true. Thank you boss."

Williams is experiencing a middling loan spell with the Canaries, and is unlikely to become part of United's first team plans for next season.
