Manchester United legend Paul Scholes says Christian Eriksen should be selected ahead of Sofyan Amrabat.
Amrabat has managed to play seven competitive matches and last started against FC Copenhagen, but was replaced at halftime.
Scholes believes Eriksen, who replaced Amrabat against FCK, is a better option as a defensive midfielder.
"It felt like we were watching a Europa League match in the first half. Like a Thursday night. Bad. The second half was much better when you bring in the better footballers. You bring in Christian Eriksen, a much better footballer, he said on TNT Sports.
"Not to be disrespectful to Amrabat, he defends, he will do his thing. But he will not build the game. Christian Eriksen does it. You could see the runs, all of a sudden (Bruno) Fernandes was in the game, (Alejandro) Garnacho too. Eriksen will find these players. For a period of 15-20 minutes, they looked like a real team again."
