Manchester United are reportedly in talks to hire a Director of Football.

The Red Devils have been under a lot of scrutiny recently, especially with regards to their transfer exploits.

They are now in talks with Antero Henrique, who was recently filling a similar role for Paris Saint-Germain.

The 51-year-old is in talks with the Red Devils, per TMW in Italy.

The outlet suggests that Henrique, who has a past with Porto as well, could be the one that Ed Woodward trusts to oversee transfers from the summer window onward.

United are linked with the likes of Bruno Fernandes this window, but they have not made any signings.

Henrique did help PSG sign the likes of Neymar and Dani Alves, along with Kylian Mbappe.

But it is unclear if he has the nous to handle such a role at a Premier League club.
