Manchester United have held a second round of talks with Borussia Monchengladbach striker Alassane Plea.
Plea has emerged as a potential centre-forward signing this summer for United and Sky Deutschland says after an initial approach, a new enquiry was followed up this week.
Talks were held with Plea's camp about his availability and plans for next season.
The 27 year-old striker now knows United have him on their shortlist, with United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer eager to find a long-term centre-forward signing.
In Germany it's claimed while Lyon striker Moussa Dembele has been put forward as United's top target, it is in fact Plea the English giants are focusing on.
Plea has a contract with Gladbach to 2023.
