Manchester United are closing on a deal for Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.

ll Corriere della Sera says United have identified Amrabat as a replacement for Fred, who is in talks to leave Old Trafford.

Fiorentina want €30m to sell Amrabat.

United have offered €25m for the Morocco international and hope to drive down their valuation.

Amrabat wants the move to happen and has rejected an approach from Liverpool to stay clear for United.
