Manchester United fullback Luke Shaw is chasing down an England record held by David Beckham.
The Three Lions ran out 4-0 winners in their Euro 2020 quarter-final tie on Saturday night against Ukraine as Harry Kane scored twice and Harry Maguire and Jordan Henderson nodded in from corners.
Up next for Gareth Southgate's side is a challenging encounter with Denmark in a last-four clash at Wembley with a spot in the final on the line.
This leaves Shaw with two games remaining to equal a prestigious creative record held by former England captain Beckham.
That's because the Manchester United left-back picked up his second and third assists of the tournament against Ukraine, leaving Beckham as the only player to tee-up more goals at the European Championships.
Beckham picked up five assists across his appearances at Euro 2000 and Euro 2004.
With age on his side and the first-choice left-back slot nailed down, 25-year-old Shaw will one day hope to match - and better - Beckham's record.
