Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot admits he must improve to maintain his place in the team.
The Portuguese full-back is the only senior United player who is fit and can play in that position at present.
However, Dalot knows that when the likes of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw, and Tyrell Malacia are fit, he will have to give it everything to maintain his spot in Erik ten Hag's team.
"Individually, it's about continuing to be the same player, working every day to try to be available and always trying to evolve, because there's always room for improvement," Dalot told A Bola.
"And of course, I want to try and play as much as possible.
“I have a physical capacity that allows me to give a lot to the team and that's what I'm looking for in every game, to help in any way I can, both at club and international level."
