Manchester United are eyeing Bayer Leverkusen fullback Jeremie Frimpong.
Sky Deutschland's Florian Plettenberg reports United manager Erik ten Hag wants to strengthen his squad with a right back in the January window and he has taken a liking to Frimpong.
The 21-year-old joined Bayer Leverkusen from Celtic in January 2021. The contract with the German club runs until the summer of 2025.
A move to United would mean a return to Manchester for the defender, with Frimpong a former Manchester City trainee.
Frimpong qualified for England, Holland and Germany before committing to the Oranje.
