Bayern Munich centre-back Matthijs de Ligt could be heading to Manchester United.

The Dutch defender had been the subject of serious United interest when he signed for Juventus several years ago from Ajax.

While De Ligt has impressed at both Juve and Bayern, he is not a favourite of Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel.

Per TuttoJuve, United are ready to put in a bid for De Ligt, who is unhappy at Bayern.

Bayern value the defender at €50 million, while he gets along with his ex-boss Erik ten Hag.

The United manager also wants to bring Frenkie de Jong to United from Barcelona.
