Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez admits he's full of pride playing with Argentina captain Lionel Messi at the World Cup.

Lisandro and Messi are preparing for a quarterfinal against Holland.

Former Ajax stopper Lisandro told AD: "It will be tough. Every game at the World Cup is tough. We all know the Netherlands team has very good players. Now we have to enjoy this moment and then prepare optimally for the match against the Netherlands."

On Messi, he continued: "To see him give everything, gives me goosebumps. As a fellow player you give everything for him.

"He is the best of everyone and having him as a teammate makes me so very proud."
