Victor Lindelof is confident of making a swift recovery from a back injury.

The Swede sustained the injury during last Thursday's goalless draw with AZ Alkmaar.

United are experiencing an injury crisis at the moment, but Lindelof has promised to return as soon as possible.

"It happened on Thursday. I had a game and it seized up," he Lindelof told news outlet TV4.

"I haven't been able to train or take part in the last club game, so that's it, but it gets better and better every day.

"I get good treatment here [at United] and good help with the national team."

He added: "I had very big problems with my back when I was younger, but in recent years it has been good.

"The last time I had such a thing was about three years ago. I know what it is, I know my body."
