Manchester United coach Michael Carrick wants Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to get the permanent job.
Giving an interview with the Manchester Evening News about his charity, the Michael Carrick Foundation, he spoke about United's upturn in fortunes this season.
While Carrick is pleased with results, he does not want to get carried away, as the team has not won anything yet. But he believes everyone at the club wants Solskjaer to stay beyond the end of this season.
"Of course I want him to stay, for me to say anything else would be ridiculous," Carrick said to the Manchester Evening News.
"It's obvious that all the players and everyone wants Ole to stay."
