Man Utd chief Woodward drops Sancho to throw everything at Grealish deal

Manchester United vice-chairman Ed Woodward is determined to strike terms with Aston Villa for Jack Grealish.

The Daily Star says Woodward will intensify talks for Grealish after being frustrated with Borussia Dortmund over their valuation for Jadon Sancho.

United will turn their attention to Villa captain Grealish after being told to wait for Sancho.

United chief Woodward is hoping to open talks for the playmaker, 24, as soon as possible.

It's understood United could end up paying around £75m for Grealish this summer.

However, the Red Devils will be hoping to strike a cut-price deal if Villa are relegated to the Championship.
