Man Utd chief Fletcher happy for twin sons to sign pro with Man City

Manchester United technical director Darren Fletcher is happy for his twin sons to sgn professional contracts with rivals Manchester City.

Jack and Tyler Fletcher, who will turn 16 this season, are already part of the City academy and are said to be highly regarded at the club.

Despite his affiliation with the Red Devils, Fletcher sent his sons to play for the Citizens. And, according to the Daily Mail, the youngsters are now expected to sign professional deals at the Etihad Stadium.

Jack and Tyler have starred for City through the age groups and have been offered one-year scholarship deals, which would then convert into professional terms for a further three seasons.

Jack's game is said to mirror that of his father's. And the youngster has already featured for City's under-18s team this season. Tyler, meanwhile, played for the England under-16s side at the Football Federations Cup in Spain last month.

The duo are eligible to play for either England or Scotland and have represented both countries at age-group level.
