Man Utd boss Ten Hag rethinks Henderson plans

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has indicated Dean Henderson will not be leaving this summer.

The shot stopper had been eager to sign for Nottingham Forest during the summer transfer window.

However, Forest have secured Matt Turner from Arsenal, while United have a goalkeeping injury crisis.

Other than first choice Andre Onana, most of the club's keepers are injured or returning from action, much like Henderson himself.

"He was always in my mind," Ten Hag said of Henderson to reporters.

“So I think we have a strong keeper group with Onana, Henderson, [Tom] Heaton."
