Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag is keen to have the final say on transfers.
The Red Devils are set to undergo many changes in the coming weeks, with INEOS taking sporting control.
United have seen Sir Jim Ratcliffe invest billions into the club through the company, buying 25 percent of the club's shares.
According to ESPN, Ten Hag believes that he will still get a veto on incomings and outgoings.
That was set up when he was brought into the club by John Murtaugh and Richard Arnold.
With that agreement written out in his contract, United will have to honor the deal.
